Members, a quick update on course conditions today. The Course has drained quickly on the low tide last night as we hoped, this morning it is still extremely wet but there is the possibility of walking golf today (no comp/no carts today) should members wish, whilst the course continues to dry quickly it is still very wet this am but basically all areas of the course are now accessible by foot. We would expect conditions to continue to improve thorughout today and in particular this afternoon.
We will conduct a further inspection of the course at 11.30 today in relation to tomorrows competition, at this stage we are optimistic that tomorrows comp will proceed, and with some chance (if used with care) carts may be permitted on course. We will update further at luich time today. Tony
