Dear Members, just a quick update re the installation of solar at VGC. Installation works will commence at this stage from Thursday 21st September & conclude on Monday 25th September. We do not expect any impact on Members whilst this work is progressing save for the following shutdown period.
If all goes to plan, the club will be effectively closed from 3.45pm on the Monday 25th Sept to allow for an hour cutover the connect the solar system to the switchboard. There will be no power at the Club & Pro Shop during this period which will prevent any trade.
We apologise in advance for this unavoidable situation which we trust will cause no undue inconvenience. Tony.
