Ceremonies at Virginia Golf Club

Make your wedding day as relaxed as possible by holding your ceremony, photo shoot and reception all in the one location.

After your ceremony our event staff will take care of your guests on our stunning terrace while you and your bridal party are escorted around the many photo locations available on our course. No travelling, no stress!  We can also provide an area for you to freshen up and take a break before commencing your reception.

$800 Ceremony Package (when booking a reception)

• 40 American Chairs

• Choice of carpet either white, ivory, black, hessian or red

• Choice of any of our 4 styles of arbours rustic, modern, window frame or standard

• Aisle decorations either bollards, pew pots, bows, or 2 small urns and pedestals

• Registry Table

• 1 x Bottle of bubbles (on course)

• 6 x local beers (on course)

• 4 x Golf Carts For the bridal party and photographer to go out on course for wedding photography.

• Wedding ceremony, photography session, and meal service will have full attention & be  accompanied by the events manager to ensure the day runs smoothly.
