Ceremonies at Virginia Golf Club

Create a relaxed, stress-free wedding day by hosting your ceremony, photo shoot, and reception all in one stunning location.

After you say “I do,” our dedicated event team will look after your guests on the beautiful terrace while you and your bridal party are whisked away to the most picturesque spots on the course for your wedding photos. No travelling, no stress! We can also provide a private area for you to freshen up and take a moment before joining your reception.

Ceremony Package – $950 (with reception booking)

Our ceremony package includes everything you need for a beautiful, seamless celebration:

• 36 American Chairs

• Choice of carpet: white, ivory, black, hessian, or red

• Choice of arbour style: rustic, modern, window frame, or standard

• Aisle decorations: bollards, pew pots, bows, or two small urns with pedestals

• Registry table

• Beverages on course: one bottle of bubbles and six local beers

• Golf carts: four carts for the bridal party and photographer for on-course photos

Your ceremony, photography session, and reception will receive the full attention of our experienced events manager to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Our wedding at Virginia Golf Club was beautiful. Lisa was excellent in the lead up to the wedding and ensured that everything ran smoothly. All the staff were fantastic and lovely to deal with. The venue was beautiful with plenty of room for our guests. The spaces for photos were stunning. We appreciated the level of detail for the set up and the willingness to accommodate us.

We would highly recommend Virginia Golf Club for any future couples for their wedding.

G-day!

I am the Father of the Groom from Angelea & Cecil’s Wedding on 09/08/25. Lisa & her Team did an incredible job & I could not be happier with everything they accomplished. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get a 12 or more. Everything ran smoothly, it was beautifully decorated & the food was exceptional. There is nothing that I would change or do differently. Lisa was lovely to deal with & very personable. She made us feel relaxed & confident that everything was in the most capable hands.
