This Saturday sees the return of the Men’s 2026 Summer Cup a 36 hole Gross Event. The winner of the Summer Cup is the player with the best Gross score after two rounds in all grades A,B & C.
After the first round of the Summer Cup the top 8 Gross scores in each grade will be seeded to play the following Saturday 28 February in the afternoon seeded draw with tee times from 10:53am – 11:28am. This seeded draw will be available at the close of competition after the first round of the Summer Cup.
The 36 hole Summer Cup is also a Qualifying Event for the Men’s Club Match Play Championship, this Event is a Honour Board Event.
The top 8 Gross scores in each grade will qualify through to the Match Play phase of the Event over the following three weekends with the first round starting on Saturday 7 March. Those members wishing to qualify will need to circle a YES on the score cards next Saturday 28 February and the draw for the Match Play will be available at the close the event.
