The 2025 R.W. Wilson Memorial Match Play round 1 is complete and there has been some big results from today’s matches. There was certainly one standout match and that came from the top half of the draw where Dallas Drake the one man band defeated Duane Lucas and Greg Wicks 1up. Just to top off a memorable day Dallas also won the Goose Club, now that a fine day out.
Next Saturday May 17th will see round 2 take place and with the 16 teams still competing for the big prize, good luck to all pairings still alive in the matches.
All groups will be added to the sheet that will be released this Tuesday May 13.
