For two weeks running the weather has been fantastic for the 2nd and 3rd rounds of the 2021 club championships, and by the look of the forecast much the same is predicted for the final round next Saturday September 18.  Also played in conjunction with today’s third round single stroke we had the Tony Barton Memorial and with a cracking score of 64 nett Peter Conlon has taken this event, well done Peter.

A Grade :  After three rounds Jordan Daley is looking to go Back to Back after a solid score of 73 and total 216. Jordan leads the way by four shots from Zach Ion with a 75 today and going into the final round on 220. Multiple winner Steve Sinclair and Greg Tagg are both eight shot back on 224.   The results can be seen by clicking here

B Grade : Peter Conlon and Joshua McClelland both go into the final round all tied up on 250, just three shots clear of Patrick Mead and Connor Hallalso both on a score of 253 this grade is sure to be won on the back nine next week.  The results can be seen by clicking here

C Grade: Well this looks no different with Matthew Stamenkovic and Neil Rowlatt both shooting 89 today also squared up on a score of 270 who knows how this is going to end up.  Also just three shots behind can Ian Wyman roll over the top and take the result, lets wait and see. Juniors : This title is far from over with the top four players all within four shots of each other anything can happen.   Dougal Golden will go into the final round three shots clear of Max Neilsen and Jedd Brady and Ethan Anderson just four shots behind.   The results can be seen by clicking here

Seniors : Greg Tagg has a dominate lead after three rounds with a score of 224 and fourteen shots clear one would think the title is done.   The results can be seen by clicking here

Curlew Cup: Tim Bellette leads the way after three round of the Curlew Cup, after shooting 45 today and a total nett of 96.5 leads Russell Stephen by just 3 shots and a swag of golfers still in contention for the major prize. The results can be seen by clicking here.

The Women’s Weekend Championships saw the first round get under way today and after a good score of 83 karen Barton leads this event four shots clear of Rose Pullinger on 87 and Noelene Stoney with 89.  The results can be seen by clicking here.
