Dear Members,
Following on from the slight delay in issuing member subscriptions notices for the year (due to lock down) which were due on 31st August, the Club has provided a little more time for subscriptions to be paid for the year. Thank you to all members who have already renewed.
However, for those members who have not yet renewed for the year, could you please endeavour to do so by this Saturday, 11th September.
As advised in our earlier email, payment by Bpay or Eftpos is preferred (see subs notice for Bpay ref). Members who wish can pay their subscriptions by direct debit can do so with no additional fees applicable. A direct debit authority will need to completed which is available from the office. A one off payment of $250 is required followed with 10 equal monthly instalments, (with the 1st instalment due on 17th September).
Should any member due, to individual circumstance, need to make an alternate payment arrangement, please contact the Club Administration to discuss options, and again, thank you to those who have already had this discussion. Obviously we will do all we reasonably can to facilitate such arrangements.
We ask members who have not yet renewed subscriptions to please do so as soon as is possible or to contact the Club to avoid any requirement for further action.
