Dear Members,
Over recent times, the VGC Board has been engaged in discussions to establish a 3 year plan to identify the areas of ‘strategic’ focus for resource and budget allocation (subject to available funds) over the 2021-2024 period. This is not intended to be a strategic plan as such, but a practical and pragmatic plan to identify and action key issues over the plan period.
The Plan deals with desired outcomes in each of the following key areas of our club, being Members, Club, Course & Community, and to identify what the Board believes we should focus on achieving over the period in each of the key areas. These areas of strategic focus identified are obviously in addition to ongoing course & club development and maintenance activities and day to day ‘business as usual’ work.
