Dear Members,
At this time, the VGC Tuesday Blue Marker Challenge & 2019/20 Blue Marker Final will proceed as planned next Tuesday 31st March. In addition, for those who may not wish to play the Blue Marker, the Club will run a single stableford competition in conjunction with the stroke event. Book in via the time sheet or pro shop.We understand this may be a little inconvenient with those playing in the Blue Marker hitting off Blue tees, and single stableford players off white tees, but we would ask members to work with us on this issue.
Members are asked to observe all previously published requirements in relation to caring for your own health and each other in terms social distance protocols etc. Club staff will be diligent in ensuring these protocols are observed. Members are asked to also assist as far as is reasonable.
The Tuesday Seniors Group will not play as a group until further notice but Senior Members are, of course, welcome to participate in Tuesday’s (and all other) competitions. The tee times normally reserved for the Seniors group have been opened to all members.
Please stay safe, if you are unwell please do not come to the Club, but if you are well, please support the Club and enjoy your Golf, in these extremely challenging times, its pretty much the only sport that can be played.
