Dear Members, another update on the Course as of 3.00 pm today, Friday 14th February.
The Saturday competition on the main course will proceed.
In respect of motorised carts, for guidance of members, at this time is highly likely that carts will be permitted on course but strictly in rough areas only, not in obvious wet areas and where prudent, as close to tree lines as is possible (i.e LHS of 10th in the treeline, LHS of 15th to the 16th tee). Members are asked to walk from the rough to play balls lying in the fairway and not to drive carts on fairways.
A final decision on the use of carts tomorrow will be made at 5.00 am tomorrow but it is highly likely carts will be permitted with these restrictions. All bunkers will be out of play with a free drop not nearer the hole.
The 28th hole will be in play tomorrow instead of the 15th hole. The sequence of play will be to proceed from the 14th to the 16th tee, to the 17th hole then the 28th followed by the 18th. Please record your score on the 28th hole on the score card as the 15th hole.
Heritage Members are advised that the Heritage 9 is closed for play tomorrow. Heritage Members are invited to play in the competition on the main course ($12 competition fee), please either book via the time sheet or call the Pro Shop on 3267 6333.
Tomorrow’s junior clinic will proceed but will be conducted on the practice putting green with no play available on the Heritage 9 or driving range.
