The end of year certainly has come around fast and that means the closing weekend is also upon us. This Sunday November 24th is set to be a massive day with the event being a 4BBB Stableford in conjunction with Friendship Cup its sure to be busy. Virginia Members in all categories are invited to celebrate closing day by competing in the third annual Friendship Cup. Registration will be from 11.30am and don’t forget those light refreshments and beverages also available from the bar from 11.30am with the event kicking off at 12:30pm with a shotgun start. Bookings can be made on-line with a entry fee of $30.00per player which includes a post round Buffet. For those members that are unable to play in the event but would like to come along for dinner post golf we invite you to join in and help celebrate in the evenings festivities, if you are interested in the dinner only the cost is $15.00pp, bookings can also be made by contacting the office on Ph: 3267 6333
The closing day this year will also host for the first time the presentation of trophies awarded to all members that were successful throughout the year in all the major events, and just to get things going there will live entertainment throughout the evening. To all the trophy winners be sure to book your table for this presentation night.
