Please Help!
A working bee will be held at VGC on Monday 23rd September, commencing from 6.00 am.
Works to be carried out include trimming of low lying branches, wood chipping, general rubbish removal etc.
Those members who are able to assist our wonderful volunteers on the day are invited to register their availability with the Office by Friday 23rd September so that work can be scheduled. The Club will provide a drink for thirsty workers when the working bee is completed.
Members who can assist are asked to assemble in the general car parking area at 6.am on Monday 23rd. If you are able to bring along tools and/or equipment to assist that would be greatly appreciated. Tony Rollins will provide a brief of works to be addressed on the day. Please dress for the work at hand, appropriate footwear etc.
