We are very pleased to advise that the Virginia Men’s Pennant Team have won the 2019 Division 4 BDGA Pennants Season following a hard fought but ultimately comfortable victory over McLeod on Sunday (14/7), with the team going through the season undefeated. What was evident throughout the season was the strong team spirit and support for each other from both playing and non playing members of the team. In addition to the overall Pennants win, our Juniors, Opens and Senior teams each won their respective sections, a great result for Virginia.
Bring on 2020 and Division 3 and another successful season ahead. My thanks to all the team members, Brett, Zach, Mick Pullinger and Tony Rollins for team support and referee duties. Greg.
