It is with deep sadness that members be advised of the passing of Vince Maynard after a long illness. Vince has been a member of Virginia for 59 years and joined the Club back in September 1959. Apart from being a long standing member he was also a great supporter of the Club and in the year 2000 was given Life Membership.
Vince was very passionate and heavily involved in the development of the junior golfers and the Junior golf programs at Virginia.
Our sympathies go to Vince’s family and friends at this sad time.
