Dear Members,
Further to the earlier notice, I wish to inform you that today we have received Dallas’ resignation from the position of President. Obviously, his health and recovery must be his priority. The remaining Members of the Board wish him a speedy recovery and we look forward to playing golf with him in about 6 months.
As per changes to the Constitution approved at the Annual General Meeting in relation to the appointment of a replacement Director within 45 days from today, I advise that the new Board will hold its first meeting this Wednesday, 9 December when we will discuss the way to move forward. As soon as an appointment is made I will inform all of you via the website.
