$500 Weekly Members Draw

The Virginia Golf Club Members Draw is back on Friday nights with draws conducted at 6:15pm. Not a winner? Stick around up to another 2 draws if not won first draw.

Members Draw Terms & Conditions 2021/2022

• On approval of a membership, they are automatically in the club’s membership draw.
• The value of the draw is $500 and this will be put onto your member’s card.
• The draw will take place on Friday between the hours of 6pm and 8pm.
• If not claimed, there will be a second draw.
• If not claimed the second draw, a third and final draw for the evening will be conducted.
• The draw is conducted by a rostered staff member, through the Infotel Membership system, member number draw.
• All membership categories (excluding Junior and Sub Junior) are entered into the member number draw, and it randomly selects the member number.
• The draw is displayed on the Leader Board TV.
• Winning member is announced over the microphone.
• Winning Member must be on the premise at the time of the draw.
• Member must be financial, no outstanding Subs.
• Management’s decision is final.
• Any staffs that are financial members, who are on duty at the time of the draw being conducted, are excluded from winning draw.
• Winning member numbers claimed or unclaimed are recorded, and held on premise.
• Terms and Conditions may change; members will be notified at these times.
