Glad Scott Foursomes
The final round of this Honour Board event was played on 30th June in very unpleasant conditions. Rain caused a delay in the start of the final between Gay Sparkes and Rhonda Nutter against Allie Smith and Patti Day. In a well fought contest Allie and Patti emerged the victors on the day - congratulations girls!!!

Buddy Day - 5th July
A small but enthusiastic group of ladies enjoyed a cuppa on the terrace before a round of golf with their buddies. Thanks to Patti Day for organising this event and for the great array of prizes - plus the lovely lunch provided by the catering crew.

Club Championships
The Club Championships are underway with the first round played on 14th July. The final round of the Senior Championship will be contested on Wednesday the 21st July - good luck to all the girls taking part.

Bronze Pennant gets underway in August - Good luck to all the ladies selected for this event - play well!!

Change To Associates Timesheet Spots For Saturday Competitions |

32 timesheet spots are made available for associate members between 7:45am and 8:06am every Saturday. Over the past year, there have not been a sufficient number of "Saturday associates" to utilise all of these spots.
To help boost numbers, a "Wendesday associate" may now play in Saturday competitions. However, they cannot put their name down on the timesheet until 12pm on the Thursday which is two days prior to the competition. This is to allow all Saturday associates a sufficient opportunity to put their names down first. Further, Wednesday associates are not eligible to win any honour board or other major competition which has been designated for Saturday associates only.
This change will be trialed from 1 January 2010 to 30 June 2010 and has been approved by the Board of Directors. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to speak with a member of the Associates Sub-Committee.
